Le Fonds Romand et Tessinois de composition (FRTC) créé en 2000 opte pour un projet résolument tourné vers la jeunesse. A la demande du FRTC, le compositeur tessinois Ernesto Felice a écrit un conte musical « Bingo Fortunae » permettant à un narrateur et aux musiciens de transporter le public tantôt sur un bateau de croisière, tantôt sur un navire de pirate !
Par son instrumentation adaptée et sa thématique ludique, « Bingo Fortunae » vise à permettre l’intégration de tout jeunes musiciens dans les représentations.
L'oeuvre, d’une durée approximative de 40 minutes, permet en outre de mettre en évidence et de présenter différents instruments de musique. Cette possibilité de présentation d’instruments, soutenue par une trame théâtrale amusante est idéale pour une exploitation dans les milieux scolaires ou durant différents concerts.
Le texte est disponible en français, allemand ou italien. L’enregistrement vidéo du spectacle en français, interprété par la Fanfare du Collège St-Michel de Fribourg, direction Pierre-Etienne Sagnol, sera visible sur Youtube dès mai 2017. Un enregistrement audio de la version brass-band sera effectué avec l'ensemble de cuivres Melodia, direction Vincent Baroni, d'ici peu.
La pièce a été présentée au début du mois d'avril aux membres du FRTC et disponible à la vente.
