Le logiciel ASM permet à chaque musicien - membre actif d'une société - de modifier ses données et d'effectuer plusieurs opérations.

Accès au logiciel
L'accès se fait par la page d'accès ou depuis le site Internet de l'ASM (www.windband.ch) puis sur le lien 'Login'.
Pour pouvoir accéder, il faut utiliser l'email défini comme adresse e-mail principale. Demandez à votre président ou au responsable des membres de votre société de saisir votre email et de vous envoyer les données d'identification (envoyer le login). L'initialisation ou la récupération d'un mot de passe se fait en cliquant sur Mot de passe oublié?
Si le mail d'initialisation du mot de passe n'arrive pas dans les minutes qui suivent, il faut contrôler sa boîte des 'spams'.
La fiche du musicien
En entrant dans le logiciel, le membre visualise sa fiche personnelle. Plusieurs données sont visibles.

Les différents rôles actifs sont visibles sur la droite de la fiche. L'étoile pleine 
indique la société principale du musicien.
Modifications de la fiche du musicien
Voici les données principales à vérifier et à modifier :
- Langue de correspondance
- Adresse postale (pour l'envoi du SCMV'Mag ou pour les responsables des sociétés)
- Informations personnelles (adresses électroniques supplémentaires, téléphones, réseaux sociaux) et indiquer si ces informations sont publiques ou non
- Indiquer si l'utilisation des données d'adresse est autorisée (J'accepte l'utilisation de mes données d'adresse)
