La crainte de la reprise
L’été arrive avec l’espoir du bout du tunnel et la reprise dès cet automne de nos répétitions dans des conditions « normales ». Plusieurs sociétés craignent après cette pause forcée de plus d’une année, de ne pas retrouver le niveau musical et l’effectif d’avant la pandémie. Mais restons confiants que la plupart des musiciens sont très attachés à leur ensemble musical et se
réjouissent de reprendre régulièrement les répétitions, prêts à faire un effort pour retrouver rapidement le souffle et « la pince ».
Si nos sociétés se sont retrouvées à vivre au ralenti à cause de toutes les restrictions sanitaires, il est important de constater que pendant ce temps, nos écoles de musique ont continué leurs activités et, souvent, sans que nous en soyons vraiment conscients. Et j’aimerais remercier chaleureusement tous les responsables de nos écoles de musique qui travaillent souvent
dans l’ombre et pour la plupart bénévolement.
Alors que nous honorons dans ce journal les musiciens jubilaires ayant eu plus de 60 ans de musique en 2020, les jeunes élèves musiciens représentent eux, la relève de demain dont nous avons besoin. Au fil des pages de ce journal, vous allez retrouver tous ces jeunes qui ont travaillé leur instrument durant toute cette année à l’aide de leurs professeurs, dans le but
de participer à différents concours que ce soit la Sélection au Prix musique ou un concours régional des solistes et petits ensembles. Merci encore à tous les professeurs de musique pour leur enseignement et l’encouragement qu’ils apportent à leurs élèves. Et quel plaisir de constater que 120 jeunes se sont inscrits au camp de musique SCMV !
Oui, nous avons de la chance d’avoir une jeunesse motivée qui croit encore en notre musique et nous devons à notre tour encourager nos jeunes musiciens par notre présence lors des auditions et des concours dès qu’il sera de nouveau possible d’y assister.
Je vous souhaite à tous un bel été et une reprise musicale sans contrainte pour cet automne (croisons les doigts!).
