En septembre dernier se déroulait à Nyon le premier Forum Jeunesse organisé conjointement par la SCMV et l’AEM-SCMV. Un thème crucial pour l’avenir de nos fanfares, harmonies ou brass band y était débattu.
L’intégration des élèves dans nos sociétés
Il était primordial pour les organisateurs de ce forum que cette journée prolifique en échanges et idées ne restent pas sans lendemain et puisse profiter au plus grand nombre.
C’est pourquoi l’équipe d’organisation s’est réunie plusieurs fois depuis afin d’imaginer une suite à toutes ces réflexions. Ce travail a fini par déboucher sur une synthèse basée sur de petites histoires fictives que vous retrouverez à trois reprises dès ce numéro dans le feuillet central du SCMV Mag.
Vous pourrez vous rendre compte à travers ces exemples du rôle important que les différents acteurs de nos sociétés ont à jouer dans l’intégration des jeunes. Alors n’hésitez pas à diffuser largement ce document auprès de vos membres afin que tout le monde puisse en prendre conscience. Ne vous gênez également pas de nous transmettre vos exemples de bonnes pratiques. Nous les accueillerons avec joie.
Assurer la pérennité de nos sociétés est un défi. C’est ensemble que nous y parviendrons.
