Le secret, c'est le lien !
Je crois que j’ai entendu cette question avant de rentrer dans les rangs de ma première société, à 13 ans.
« Comment faire pour garder les jeunes ? »
Et depuis ce temps-là, à force d’y être confronté à tous les stades de ma vie et à tous les postes que j’ai pu occuper au sein d’un ensemble, je n’ai cessé de répondre : « Si j’avais la formule magique… »
Mais aujourd’hui je crois que je tiens une piste : le secret, c’est le lien.
Notre société civile évolue à une vitesse folle. Elle se métamorphose à la vitesse des avancées technologiques. Internet est une révolution aussi forte que le fut la révolution industrielle au XIXe siècle. J’en suis convaincu. Internet modifie nos sociétés, nos relations aux autres, notre comportement au quotidien.
Dans tout cela nous essayons de croire que la musique pour instrument à vent est immuable. Et c’est bien là que nous nous trompons. Notre musique, nos sociétés, nos membres ont changé. Mais il reste un élément inébranlable parce que profondément ancré dans nos gènes : l’amitié !
Depuis qu’il a appris à manier un outil, l’être humain a appris à coopérer. Et c’est ce qui a d’emblée fait sa force. Alors, n’oublions pas que si la musique nous réunit, ce qui nous cimente c’est l’amitié ! C’est le plaisir de faire de la musique ENSEMBLE. Et c’est cela que nous devons cultiver dès que nous accueillons des élèves pour leur premier cours d’initiation musicale et tout au long de son parcours musical. C’est créer le lien.
Ce lien nous le cultivons sans cesse. Et c’est aussi l’une des missions de la SCMV. Concours cantonal, festival de musique légère, camps SCMV : c’est le lien que nous faisons croître et prospérer. C’est aussi la mission de l’AEM-SCMV. Nos faîtières sont sœurs.
Aujourd’hui c’est la mission de chacun d’entre nous ! Nous avons TOUS un rôle à jouer.
Alors soyez actifs ! Observez les changements autour de vous. Et soyez créatifs ! Pour faire de ces changements des nouvelles forces pour l’avenir.
