J'ai un rêve !
L’année 2018 était celle de notre fête cantonale. Encore une fois, merci à tous ceux qui nous ont permis de vivre cette si belle fête à la Vallée de Joux !
Dans la vie de la SCMV, cette rentrée est donc en quelque sorte le début d’un nouveau cycle de cinq ans. Pour certaines sociétés, encore dans l’élan d’une saison qui a renforcé tant le niveau musical que les liens d’amitiés, il s’agit de garder le cap et renouveler les efforts entrepris pour continuer à progresser. Pour d’autres, c’est un nouveau départ après un changement à la baguette ou au sein du comité. Pour d’autres enfin la reprise est peut-être douce-amère, quand, après les heures fastes de début juin, on se retrouve soudain moins nombreux dans le local de répétition...
Dans tous les cas, nous devons nous remettre sans cesse au travail pour construire l’avenir de nos sociétés de musique. Alors aujourd’hui j’ai un rêve : que toutes et tous, quel que soit notre rôle ou notre implication dans la vie musicale vaudoise, nous placions au plus haut de nos préoccupations la formation des jeunes et leur intégration au sein de nos ensembles. L’intégration, c’est justement le thème du premier Forum jeunesse qui aura lieu à la fin de ce mois et qui permettra, je l’espère, grâce à nos échanges et aux idées de chacune et chacun, de faire émerger des pistes pour accompagner au mieux l’intégration future de jeunes musiciennes et musiciens.
Ainsi, dans cinq ans toutes les sociétés du canton pourraient avoir si bien réussi l’intégration de nouveaux membres qu’aucune d’entre elles ne se sentirait le besoin de compléter ses rangs pour participer au concours cantonal. La fête n’en serait que plus belle !
Merci à tous celles et ceux qui comme moi sont portés par ce rêve dans leur engagement quotidien, et bonne reprise à toutes et tous !
