La fête cantonale a vécu. Elle fut belle et joyeuse. Bravo à toutes et tous. Vous avez organisé, préparé, joué ; vous vous êtes investis au sein de votre société, dans l’organisation ; vous avez vendu des boissons, fait griller des saucisses, déplacé du matériel de percussion ; en résumé : vous avez permis que la fête soit belle. MERCI !!
Et maintenant, qu’allez-vous faire ?
Rassurez-vous, vous pourrez vous reposer un peu. Vous aurez tout l’été pour vous poser dans une chaise longue et vous préparer à participer au 1er Forum Jeunesse qui aura lieu le samedi 29 septembre 2018 à Nyon.
Mais qu’est que c’est ce Forum Jeunesse ?
Cette année, c’est une rencontre entre tous les acteurs de la formation et des sociétés pour réfléchir à ce que chacun peut faire pour l’intégration des jeunes dans nos sociétés. Car c’est bien le job de TOUS. Familles, enseignants, responsables d’écoles de musique, responsables de sociétés, faitière. Nous sommes tous concernés et nous devons tous apporter notre pierre à l’édifice. Écouter les autres, les besoins et les envies de chaque intervenant, les idéaux et les fondamentaux, les visions idéales et la réalité de chacun.
Alors je suis bien conscient que nous ne terminerons pas la journée avec une recette miracle applicable à tous les jeunes ou moins jeunes qui commencent leur parcours dans une société. Mais se rencontrer, débattre, échanger, c’est déjà le début.
Alors venez, tous ! N’ayez pas peur ! Inscrivez-vous : Parents, élèves, sociétaires, membres des comités, enseignants. Tous ! N’hésitez pas ! Soyons enthousiastes !
Regarder devant c’est aussi imaginer l’avenir. C’est ce que s’efforce de faire votre commission de musique cantonale. C’est pourquoi nous avons mis en chantier une réforme de la Finale Vaudoise des Solistes et Petits Ensembles afin de mieux répondre aux aspirations de ceux qui sont concernés : les jeunes. C’est un grand chantier que nous avons commencé par une réflexion en interne tout au long de cette année, que nous poursuivrons par la consultation des parents, des professeurs, des sociétés, des jeunes au cours de l’année qui vient et qui aboutira vraisemblablement à une rénovation d’ici 2020. Nous vous tiendrons bien sûr au courant.
En avant ! Ces 2 projets, entre autres, sont là pour que nos sociétés et nos écoles de musique s’inscrivent solidement dans le futur.
