Après une pause estivale bien méritée, vous avez rejoint vos pupitres afin de préparer votre prochain concert, votre prochain spectacle, votre programme automnal.
La rentrée en septembre coïncide pour le responsable des membres de chaque société vaudoise à la préparation des documents qu’il devra remplir pour le 30 novembre.
Depuis 2015, nous avons passé à l’ère informatique. Les documents sont envoyés par mail aux président(e)s et aux responsables des membres de chaque société. Les documents sont préparés pour pouvoir être remplis directement sur l’ordinateur.
Si la récolte des coordonnées des membres, les corrections et mutations ne posent en général que peu de problèmes, il est important de connaître dès maintenant qui seront les jubilaires de la société au printemps 2018. Si la liste des membres donne une première indication, elle n’est pas exhaustive. Notre base de données étant assez récente, elle n’est pas complète.
Chaque année les responsables des membres ont à charge non seulement de contrôler cela en vérifiant les livrets de sociétaire, mais aussi en demandant aux membres qui pense être jubilaire. Ce serait dommage de créer des tensions avec un membre parce que l’on a oublié de l’annoncer comme jubilaire.
Au printemps de chaque année, la SCMV fête ses jubilaires. La présence de ceux-ci, qu’ils aient 20, 25, 35, 50, 60, 65, 70 ans et plus, est indispensable. Leur présence en uniforme donne encore plus de cachet à cette manifestation qui se veut joyeuse et festive.
