Un soutien précieux
Le 19 novembre, votre comité cantonal était invité à Lausanne par le président du Grand Conseil, M. Laurent Wehrli. Si la chose peut sembler anecdotique, cela représente néanmoins un témoignage tangible des synergies indispensables entre musique et politique.
En effet, depuis plusieurs années, le soutien des milieux politiques cantonaux, au niveau de l'exécutif comme du législatif, s'est constamment développé. La loi sur les écoles de musique aurait-elle abouti sans la ferveur du Grand Conseil à son égard ? Le canton se serait-il lancé dans l'organisation de la fédérale 2016 sans l'appui fort du Conseil d'Etat ? Deux questions qui démontrent l'importance des liens qui se sont progressivement tissés entre la SCMV et la politique vaudoise, que ce soit à l'échelon cantonal ou communal.
Tous ont en effet compris que, pour promouvoir un milieu culturel de qualité, perpétuer nos traditions et surtout former notre jeunesse, il est vital de réunir toutes les forces à l'oeuvre, afin de concrétiser des projets ambitieux mais réalistes à l'échelle vaudoise. Alors à tous celles et ceux qui soutiennent la musique à vent dans le canton, soyez-en remerciés, car sans votre contribution... le souffle nous viendrait un jour à manquer!
