Recherche directeur désespérément...
En cette période de reprise, quelques-unes de nos sociétés ont poussé un gros « ouf » de soulagement : en effet, après le départ (prévu ou non) de leur directeur/directrice à la fin de la saison dernière, elles ont réussi à trouver un nouveau « maestro » pour reprendre la baguette de leur ensemble ! Malheureusement, ce n’est pas encore le cas de toutes, et même les sociétés qui ont trouvé quelqu’un pourront l’attester : la recherche d’un directeur de qualité devient ardue par les temps qui courent !
Alors, la faute à qui, à quoi ? Dans ce numéro, nous vous proposons de réfléchir à la question, notamment au moyen d’un grand entretien avec Pascal Favre, au bénéfice d’une longue expérience dans le domaine. S’il n’y a pas de solutions toutes prêtes, il existe néanmoins des pistes pour, d’une part, améliorer la qualité des directeurs et, d’autre part, rendre les ensembles plus «attirants» aux yeux des chefs qui postulent.
La SCMV cherche également des moyens pour aider ses sociétés, et dans ce but, vous propose un nouvel outil pour vous aider dans vos recherches (cf p.8).
Il me reste à vous souhaiter à tous une excellente reprise des répétitions…peu importe finalement que le chef soit nouveau ou plus ancien, l’essentiel étant de se retrouver pour partager la plaisir de la musique !
