Partant du constat que d’une part certaines sociétés ont de la peine à repourvoir le poste de direction et que d’autre part certaines ont de la peine à faire un choix (même après des répétitions d’essai), il paraît intéressant d’offrir un outil supplémentaire aux sociétés de musique de ce canton.
La SCMV propose donc les trois outils suivants:
- Le profil de Compétences permet de cibler les attentes des sociétés comme des directeurs. Celui-ci permet aussi de valoriser les diverses formation disponibles dans le canton. Pour terminer ce profil de compétence est un outil pour sélectionner les directeurs à inviter pour la répétition d’essai.
Répondre à la question quelle formation pour quelle société. Il s’agit de recommandations.
- La liste avec les directeurs et directrices qui ont suivi une formation à la Haute Ecole de Musique, au Conservatoire ou les cours SCMV récemment, permet aux sociétés d’augmenter le nombre de postulation et de cibler davantage les personnes potentiellement concernées.
- Les annonces de poste à repourvoir ont sur ce site, une bonne visibilité. Il s’agit d’un moyen supplémentaire pour les sociétés de repourvoir le poste de directeur.
